Description

Component of a heterodimeric G-protein coupled receptor for GABA, formed by GABBR1 and GABBR2. Signaling inhibits adenylate cyclase, stimulates phospholipase A2, activates potassium channels, inactivates voltage-dependent calcium-channels and modulates inositol phospholipid hydrolysis.
