Description

The His tag antibody is specifically designed for the detection and purification of His-tagged fusion proteins. This antibody recognizes the His tag fused either to the amino- or carboxy- termini of target proteins. It is validated for use in various applications, including Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, and potentially immunoprecipitation and immunocytochemistry.
